Coffset does not guarantee the scientific precision, up-to-date nature, or real-world equivalence of these estimates, which may vary depending on evolving data, user behavior, and regional differences.

We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made or actions taken based on our estimates or data. Offsetting carbon emissions through our platform does not make an activity “carbon neutral” in any legally defined or universally accepted way.

We collaborate with vetted third-party providers, project developers, and registries to offer carbon offset credits from verified environmental projects (e.g., renewable energy, reforestation, methane capture). However:

  • Coffset does not own, control, or manage these third-party projects.
  • We rely on the accuracy, integrity, and certifications (e.g., Gold Standard, Verra) provided by the project developers and registries.
  • Delivery of credits, registration processes, and project performance are the responsibility of those third parties.
  • We cannot guarantee the ongoing performance, permanence, or exact environmental benefit of any offset project.

By purchasing offsets through our platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. No Warranties

We provide the Site and its content “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. This includes:
