Coffset offers tools for calculating carbon emissions, educational content, and the ability to purchase carbon offset credits through vetted third-party projects. All services are provided as-is and subject to availability.
The carbon offset service allows individuals and organizations to contribute to environmental projects that aim to reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions. Offset purchases do not eliminate the need for emissions reductions nor do they confer any legal environmental certification.
3. Account and Payments
You may be required to create an account or provide personal information to make a purchase or access specific features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
Payments made via the Site are securely processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize the processing of your payment and agree to their terms and privacy practices.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated on the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, calculators, code, and software—is the property of Coffset OÜ or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may use the Site and its contents solely for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized by us in writing.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
