Is it a real retirement?
Yes. The credits come from verified climate projects and are retired through CNaught on public registries as soon as you pay, so nobody can sell or use them again. The certificate links to the registry records.
When does the gift arrive?
With “As soon as I pay”, about a minute after payment. On a day you choose, in the morning, European time. You get your receipt straight away, and a short note when the gift has arrived.
Will they see what I paid?
No. The email and the certificate show the kg of CO₂e and your message, never the price. The receipt and invoice go to you only.
